I have a 1999 dodge neon. the fog light has been burnt out for three years. i bought a bulb today and went to change it. apparently i don%26#039;t know how. please explain it to me (in detail). also, inside of the lens covers it is very dirty and limits the amount of light i get out of them. i also tried to take them off to cleam them, can%26#039;t do that either. if you know how please please please let me know,

i can%26#039;t see a thing.|||There is a bolt that holds the entire fog light housing, you don%26#039;t remove the lens to change the bulb. The housing needs to come out. Considering you haven;t changed it in 3 years, the bold is probably rusty and its going to be a pain to take out, put some WD 40 or some other bolt lube on it and let it sit for a little.
