Anybody know how to change driving lights (or fog lights) on a 2001 Pontiac Montana?

I have the same vehicle and have never been able to figure out how to even turn the lights off at all. They are always on. There is a switch below the CD player to turn on the fog lights as well, but I can%26#039;t turn on ONLY the fog lights. If you figure it out let me know. I found nothing in my manual.
