I want to add fog lights to my car and i want them to be very yellow. I saw some Projector Fog Lights at autozone for like $40 and iam thinking of buying those and changing the bulb to the yellow ones(i found on ebay). I just want to know is that possible changing the light on the projector fog lights??..On the package of the light it said H3 bulb so iam guessing u can change em.but just wanna make sure....Also i have a 2001 Mazda Protege 4dr if u guys no any cheap place/website w.e. i can find the original fog lights help me out thanx...|||Doesn%26#039;t the Protege come standard with foglights? If it does, then I believe your car uses H3-55w bulbs. I got a pair off of eBay for $13 and installed them on my Lexus, and the yellow hue matches excellently with my white Sylvania Silverstars.

Go to ebaymotors.com and search %26#039;h3 yellow bulbs%26#039;.|||first of all fog lights and projection lights are different fog lights are Amber they light up the lines on the road in fog weather they are white or yellow lines and are more likely to be pointed lower to the road just in front of the vehicle and the watts of the bulbs are 55watt same as the headlights on a vehicle and they also go up to 100watts ... Projection lights and driving lights are for lighting up the road when the roads are dim or dark and they are white lights. .these lights to must be kept pointed low to the road and not blind other drivers..using these type of lights in fog are the same as using the high beams on your vehicle in a heavy fog..check your area vehicle laws some lights are band from use in clear weather...follow the wiring direction for the lights some need relays to run and keep them from over heating and starting a fire.... for your mazda check local junk yards
