How do i change the front fog lamp bulbs on my peugeot 406?
if it is the same as the 206 then you change the bulb from inside the wheel arch.
turn the wheels to full lock away from the bulb you are going to change.
there is a flap in the plastic arch cover pull it from the bottom and it hinges upwards.
you then turn the plastic cap on the back of the fog light and pull it off.
pull the wire off the bulb,squeeze the top of the wire clip and pull back.
the bulb can be pulled out of the fog light and the new one inserted.
fitting is the reverse,it should only take you 10-20 minutes max.

have a look in the wheel arch there might be a nut you can undo.
If it's anything like a Citroen I used to have, you can't just change the bulbs; it's in a sealed unit.
You have to buy a complete foglight unit from the dealer. Specially designed to rip you off.
Don't bother it will save you blinding the oncoming traffic with them. However if you insist they are probably got at from behind the bumper so you will have to go under the car and unclip them. You may of course find that the lamp is removed rather like the headlamp and is held in by a clip.
Step 1: smash out the lenses of the fog lamps with a hammer
Step 2: replace blown bulbs
