How to change fog light on 2006 Hyundai Sonata?

on the bottom side of the car under the fog light area there will be an inspection cover. it is held in place by two plastic trim clips. they will have what looks like a philips head on the screw. remove both of these then pull out the retainer (they are set up like a dry wall anchor). pull back the cover and unplug the bulb. twist the bulb counter clock wise to remove. install in reverse order.
